It is easy to feel ashamed of this part of yourself, being that he can be cutting and mean. And yet, he is an essential part of all of us, only wishing to be seen and heard, know for his uniqueness and valued for who he is. 

 

Unfortunately,
this way of seeking rcognition is deeply flawed.
